Automatic bagging machine which uses roller bag is one of popular bottle packing ways around the world.
Advantages of Automatic baging through roller bag
(1) elextricity saving, total installion power is only 5KW
(2) cost saving towards paper tray packing.
(3) it improves hygiene during bottle manufacturing. Bottle is protected from human manipulation or other contamination. Especially important in some sectors such as pharmaceutical or food industries.
Automatic Bagging machines capacity is ranges from 6000BPH to 16000BPH, with standard bag size 600*1000mm. Maximum bag size is 1200*1000mm. During product changeover, machine is able to automatically adjust for differnet bottle size through servo/stepping motor. Capacity is related to bottle dimension.
During machine in auto running, bag is fully automatic formed and servo driven. (Bag making process: bag in tube form on a roll automatically unwinded, cut and sealed and hooked onto bag clamps) Once bottles are pushed into bag, machine starts bag sealing process. Finished package will be ejected from bagger and waiting for palletizing.
