Automatic bagging machine which uses roller films is future of bottle packing ways around the world.
Advantages of Automatic Bagging Machine-rollers film type
(1) cost saving towards paper tray packing.
(2) it improved hygiene during bottle manufacturing. Bottle is protected from human manipulation or other contamination. Especially important in some sectors such as pharmaceutical or food industries.
(3) Same roll of film for any bag and bottle size during machine running. No needs to change other packing material.
Automatic bagging machine capacity is ranges from 6000BPH to 12000BPH, with standard bag size 600*1000mm. Maximum bag size is 1200*1000mm. During product changeover, bagger is able to automatically adjusts to work with differnet bottle size. Bag is self-made from two rolls of thermo-shrinkable film. Machine sorts bottles and pushes them into bag, which is from automatic film supply (from film rolls). The bag making process is auto manufacturing.
Automatic bagging machine which also installs shrinking pistol, packed bottle is tighted and stable. package will not deform. during transportation. it is more econmical solution than traditional oven.
Machine is uaually installed after PE or PET blower
Optional funtion: single or double in-feed
Package size can be 1200*1000,1000*600, 600*800mm etc. other sizes are available under request.
