Linear leak tester is installed in conveyor line. it can be fitted with one or more heads, fixed or mobile, depending on capacity and bottle size. Leak testing through pressure decay logic is most widely used method on empty bottle manufacturing.
Advantage of leak tester

Leak tester with fixed heads from 1-6 heads, speed is up to 6000BPH. Leak tester with mobile heads from 1-3 heds, speed is up to 9000BPH. Rotatry leak tester is also available for small bottle.
