Automatic Tray packer and Stacker all in one machine
Machine is designed to adapt different bottle design and able to one step changeover. Machine can store up to 10 trays, which allwo operator to attend several machines simultaneously. Tray storage system can handle plastic or paper tray. Automatic tray opening function for folded tray is optional. Standard machine works with preformed upside trays.
During machine in auto mode:
- bottle insertion row by row through gripper into tray.
- Tray is preformed and placed into tray warehourse (maximum 10 unites)
- Tray has been transferred from tray magazine to bottle insert position.
- after finishing a whole layer of tray insertion, tray has been transferred from bottle insert position to palletizin position.
- filled tray will be stacking on top of each others. Layers number is based on requirement.
- operator needs to place an empty pallet/top cover on tray palletizing position and take filled tray through forklift
