For end line palletizing in blow molding industires, palletizing with plastic/paper flat sheets(layerboard) is economical way of palletizing. There's barely any packaging cost compared to bagging process. it is eays to install on blow moulding side and also easy to depalletize on filling side.
Advantage of empty bottle pallerizer

(2) handle different pallet
(3) different stacking pattern possible.
(4) limited footprint
Machine is composed with infeed conveyor, bottle packing section, flat sheet(layerboard) storage and pallet storage section. pallet and flat sheet is automatically transported to palletizing area. Once machine forms a whole layer of bttoles, it will transfer to palletizing area and placed flat sheet automatically.
Machine can stack up to 2.1m, it can stack full pallet of flat sheets and pallet, which reduces operator time.
